-------------------------------- [ G E N E R A L ] --------------------------------• Artist has the right to refuse any commission request• Commissioned artworks are for PERSONAL USE and NON-COMMERCIAL purposes only• Strictly you will have no permission to use the artist's works/pieces as NFTS• Crediting the artist is appreciated @HydenSeeker (sfw) @HydeUnderBed (nsfw)•Visual references are highly appreciated, please present a character sheet or image of how you want your character to be done• Commission will not start unless it is fully paid upfront by the client• No full refunds once payments are received, partial refunds can be discussed if the work is already in progress, please be completely sure before commissioning• Kindly inform the artist if a commissioned piece is time sensitive and needs to be done at specific date (Each piece takes 2-5 days to finish, or slightly longer depending on your slot on the commission queue)• Please be aware that commissions take time so only commission if you are willing to wait for your turn along with every other client• Rude behavior will NOT be tolerated and is a breach of terms and service, let's treat each other with kindness and respect-------------------------------- [ P A Y M E N T ] --------------------------------• Mode of payments via Paypal only, Gcash transactions if you are commissioning locally (phillipines) can be discussed• If you're commissioning locally let me know, base prices are slightly adjusted to be a tiny bit cheaper for local clients• Backgrounds are free, I generally make them simple with textures and patterns (special requests and complex backgrounds can be discussed and will have additional charges)• Base price may increase depending on the complexity of the piece• Rush commissions are welcomed and will be prioritized, an additional of 50% the original fee will be charged----------------------------------- [ E T C . . . ] -----------------------------------• I update regularly when your slot is in progress or if the queue gets shortened• Please gather all your requests in a single inquiry, be concise with what you want in your commission to avoid misunderstandings (references massively help)• Client is allowed to have two free revisions during the ongoing project, an additional 5$ will be charged after it's used up------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
